Is COVID-19 effecting your hair?

Lifestyle

26 Aug

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past few months you might be noticing a little more hair shedding than normal. When your body is focused on healing itself, things like hair production become the last thing your body is worried about doing.

Symptoms like high fever can also trigger hair loss. If you haven’t been diagnosed but you have felt the stress that has come along with this virus, and you aren’t properly managing it, you could end up with stress related hair loss. The good news is that this type of hair loss is usually reversible and not permanent.

Please contact me today for questions about my hair loss services.

I grew up in Cashmere, Washington surrounded by orchards, a beautiful river and the best friends and family. I attended beauty school in Wenatchee, Washington while working at a beauty supply store and helped at my family’s fruit stand in Cashmere. I worked as a cosmetologist in Wenatchee for several years before moving to Moses Lake, Washington where I currently live with my two beautiful children, wonderful husband and our two very spoiled dogs.
